  • Bat Houses – The Importance Of Bat Conservation

Bats can be found on every continent on Earth, with the exception of Antarctica. Many of the world's bats are endangered or threatened due to urban growth. Bats are nature's way of controlling insect populations. A single little brown bat can catch hundreds of mosquitoes in an hour. By building bat houses we can aid bat conservation efforts by providing shelter so they can stay warm, dry, and undisturbed while sleeping during the day.
